By entering and using this facility, you acknowledge that participation in golf activities, lessons, and use of golf simulators involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, or other harm. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.

Release of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and discharge [Facility Name], its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur while on the premises or participating in any activity, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Safety & Conduct:
All guests must follow posted rules, staff instructions, and use equipment properly. Improper use of simulators, clubs, or other equipment may result in injury and removal from the premises. Alcohol consumption must comply with applicable laws and facility policies.

Medical Disclaimer:
This facility does not provide medical supervision or emergency care. If you have health concerns, consult your physician before participating. In case of injury, you authorize facility staff to obtain emergency medical treatment on your behalf, at your expense.

Personal Property:
The facility is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Please secure belongings appropriately.

Consent to Use of Likeness:
By entering the facility, you grant permission for Birdie project to use photographs or video recordings of you for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

Privacy Policy

1. Safety & Facility Use

  • Guests must follow all posted safety instructions and staff guidance.

  • Only one player is permitted in the hitting area at a time.

  • Practice swings must be taken inside designated simulator bays only.

  • No food, drink, or glass containers are permitted inside simulator bays.

  • Children under [age, e.g., 14] must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

  • Protective screens, nets, and equipment may not be moved or altered.

2. Equipment & Property​

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused by misuse of equipment or facilities.

  • Any damaged or malfunctioning equipment must be reported immediately.

  • Personal clubs may be used, but Birdie project is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

3. Lessons & Instruction

  • All lessons must be scheduled through Birdie project and conducted only by certified facility instructors.

  • Lesson cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

  • Students are expected to arrive on time; late arrivals may result in reduced lesson time.

  • Unauthorized coaching or instruction by non-staff is not permitted.

4. Guest Conduct

  • Respectful behavior toward staff, instructors, and other guests is required at all times.

  • Aggressive behavior, foul language, or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises.

  • Alcohol consumption is not permitted.

5. Liability & Assumption of Risk

  • Participation in golf and simulator activities carries inherent risks, including risk of injury. By using the facility or participating in lessons, guests assume full responsibility for their actions.

  • Birdie project, its employees, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, damages, or lost/stolen property.

6. Booking & Payments

  • Bookings are required for simulator use and lessons. Walk-ins may be accommodated if space is available.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • Refunds are subject to cancellation policy terms.

7. Media & Promotions

  • Guests may be photographed or recorded for marketing or promotional purposes unless they opt out in writing.

Enforcement
Failure to comply with this policy may result in warnings, suspension of privileges, cancellation of lessons, or permanent removal from the Birdie project.
