The Birdie Project Golf Academy — Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 9/01/2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for lessons, booking facility use, purchasing packages, or otherwise engaging with The Birdie Project Golf Academy (“the Academy”), you (“you” or “Participant”) agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. Services Provided
The Academy offers indoor simulator sessions, golf lessons, training packages, and related services. All offerings are subject to availability and may change with or without notice, consistent with industry norms.
3. Registration and Payments
·    All services require advance booking and full payment before use, unless otherwise arranged.
·    We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and other electronic payments as indicated at the point of sale.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Lesson Packages
·    Single Sessions or Lessons: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or opportunity to reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, will be charged in full.
·    Lesson Packages: (e.g. multi-lesson bundles) expire [e.g. 6 or 12] months from purchase or first lesson, as specified at purchase. No refunds are available, except in exceptional cases (e.g., medical issues with doctor’s note), where unused lessons may be credited.
5. Use of Facilities
·    Guests must comply with all posted rules and staff instructions. Improper conduct may result in removal without refund.
·    Only approved equipment may be used; damages resulting from misuse are the responsibility of the Participant.
6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release
·    Participation involves inherent risks, including potential injury or property damage. By using our services, you assume all such risks.
·    The Academy, its owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries or damages, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
·    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Academy for any claims arising from your actions or omissions.
7. Personal Property
The Academy is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
8. Medical Authorization
In the event of injury, you authorize the Academy or its staff to arrange emergency medical treatment at your expense.
9. Media Release
By entering our facility, you grant permission for your image or likeness to be used for promotional or marketing purposes unless you notify us in writing to the contrary.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
11. Severability & Modifications
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remainder remain enforceable. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.
