Golf Academy, offering exclusive access to semi-private bays, equipped with state-of-the-art Foresight GC4 technology for precise swing analysis. Cancellation Policy
Registration & Payment Full payment is required to reserve your spot in any academy program, clinic, camp, or lesson package. Registration is confirmed only after payment has been received. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellation & Refund Policy Participants may cancel their registration and receive a full refund up to 14 days before the program start date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the program start date are non-refundable. Once the program has begun, no refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions. Attendance & Make-Up Sessions Participants are encouraged to attend all scheduled sessions. Missed group sessions are not guaranteed a make-up lesson unless otherwise specified by the academy. If a make-up session is offered, it must be completed during the current session or program schedule and is subject to availability. Private Lesson Cancellations Private lessons require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will be charged the full lesson fee. Code of Conduct The Birdie Project Golf Academy is committed to providing a positive, respectful, and welcoming environment for all participants. Participants are expected to: Treat coaches, staff, fellow golfers, and golf course personnel with respect. Demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times. Follow all golf course rules and safety guidelines. Use appropriate language and behavior during all academy activities. The academy reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful. No refunds will be issued in these situations. Equipment Participants should bring: Golf clubs (if available) Golf balls and tees Appropriate golf attire and shoes Water and weather-appropriate clothing Sunscreen and any personal items needed during instruction Photography & Media The Birdie Project Golf Academy may photograph or record lessons, clinics, and events for promotional purposes.
